In paying tribute to the legendary John Lee Hooker, our namesake, we have invoked his way of living. Hooker once said, "My style is all to myself", his was, and ours is too. Inspired by regional dishes, we create our own version of southern comfort food. A southern cuisine you can only find at Hooker Grocer & Eatery.

Hooker Grocer & Eatery is open Wednesday to Saturday 5pm to 9pm, Sunday 5pm to 8pm. Our menu offers a variety dishes, from down home southern classics to something a little more upscale. Live Music

Sticking to the blues trail, and the delta culture, we offer live music during dinner on Sundays. Every Sunday in the Spring & Fall months we have live music, free of cover charge.
