Howl-N-Madd requested mash potatoes & gravy, so that's what we did. Our Chef Johnny added an Australian twist w/ the mushy peas and an Australian meat pie. We think he liked it!

MASH POTATOES RECIPE
- 6 russet potatoes
- 3/4 lb of butter
- 2 cups of cream
- salt, pepper to taste
Peel potatoes & boil, and sift to a smooth texture (set aside). Melt butter, then add cream. Stir and bring to a boil. Add the cream mixture to the HOT potatoes, add salt and pepper. *do not let potatoes get cold in this step.
CHICKEN GRAVY RECIPE
- 2 tbls Chicken Fat
- 2 tbls of flour
- 3 cups of chicken stock
Mix the chicken fat and flour together to make a roux. Slowly add the chicken stock, whisking until desired thickness.
*ROUX- a mixture of fat (especially butter) and flour used in making sauces
